Ok below is a mail that bounced back when I removed the "inbound sender" addresses from the messaging settings:

In the Inbound sender controls I have the following specified:

Verify senders domain in DNS: Disabled

Allow messages only from following SMTP external internet addresses:
mx1.ourdomain.com
imail.ourdomain.com

If I remove the above 2 addresses then the mail comes back other wise its rejected.
